Css, because it's easy to update it but I'm using overlay, never felt that it was boring to update!!!

i vote for css 
because its easy to tweak, costumize and kinda enjoy to try codes on it!, i didn't vote Overlay because i think overlay are just for experts not like mine 
but if i study it maybe i can learn it someday.

i used to have my profiles overlayed..but now...im using [b]css[/b]...coz others says that my profile looked like an overlay...lolz.

for me... overlay sometimes caused lags.... css is much more better in term of speed and satisfaction... though i admit overlay can be much more powerful than css... but it also depends on the profile coder creativeness...
