I too love reading subtitles. You learn new things about words and culture, but back home where I'm used to watching subtitled tv series on DVD, so many of my cousins & friends won't watch them with me bcoz they complain that they can't read fast enough
and some dubbing can totally change the way you see a character. I've seen some dubbing where they made a really cool key character sound gay. Probably not their intention, but the voice sounded gay to me
Oh... and Japanese accents are cute
:rose:
of course. dubbed anime.
If not then how can you hear and understand what they are saying. any character of the anime can't talk. So they hv to be dubbed
Moreover, i don't hv to follow the line all the time. it is tiring.
com' on just make it simple.
in the dubbed ones sometimes what the dubbers say are incorrect and sometimes the voices doesn't sounds good or the voice is not suited with the character, but in subbed ones, we can assume that the voices are suited with a certain character..
and in subbed anime, we can learn how to speak japanese...
