[b]try cardiovascular exercises 3 to 4 times a week. start your day with lots of fiber, like cereals and oatmeals, kernels...drink only sodas for 2 to 3 times a week...they have lots of sugar. you can also exercise using dumbles (2lb) or if you don't have one, filled water bottles will do. flatten the tummy...push ups and trunk lifts will do the job.[/b]
