Answer: Check your host account. Check it if it's Suspended, Terminated or Deleted or just Bandwidth problem. Sometimes the host has internal problems. Sometimes it doesn't work due to the host is on maintenance.
Note: The Span Linker is kinda dangerous if an attacker knows the method. That's why it's better to think well before using it. It works well on all major browsers but it has a string attach that can be used to attack your account.

It doesn't work because it said CSS linker but the file you're using is a .js extension. Of course it will not work.
