The css linker is working fine when pasted in ur WIWTM box.
1. Make sure you have enough space to paste it there, after you paste and save go back and look at the code make sure the entire code is there.
2. If the code is not there, try again, sometime friendster takes two or three times for it to update.

I just tested both codes from Darylldelfin on page 1 and both work fine. The css linker generated even worked in my About Me and WIWTM boxes.
