counting sheep doesnt help me. i just wait for my body to be sleepy. and i hate it. i wait for Looooooooooooooooooong hours before i can go to sleep. tsk.

hey. i just did something to make me sleep. (then my brother woke me up. haha!) i counted then i fell asleep. i counted for seconds. like, 1001,1002,1003,1004, and so on. but i'm counting with my eyes closed. haha!

To sleep faster, try not to think of anything, when you do this the mind will automatically command itself to sleep cuz' there is no more reason to stay awake due to the emptiness of thought. This is only my theory tell me if it doesn't work.[/b]

get a funny magazine and lay down in your bed and start reading it,
you will notice while your laughing, you feel tired and want to sleep.
hehehe that works for me, try it too!
