This topic makes me remember the Mr. Bean episode way back then. Bean had a hard time getting to fall asleep, so he tried a lot of ways. Just watch the video to see what he had done (very much related to the topic, only with a little twist

Well, I guess I'll try that variation of yours ixelcore.
I'm a troubled insomniac, I always have a hard time sleeping, all the time!
One thing I tried was to close my eyes and imagine a plain white background.
And there's absolutely nothing in it.. just a plain blank space.
You can try imagining black since after all you have your eyes closed.
I think it worked once.. but I never do it anymore.
I just usually wait for myself to get sleepy, for loooong periods.
One time I took [i]Melatonin[/i]~ it made me sleepy hehehe.
But I don't want to depend on sleeping pills, that would be unhealthy.

well, it's not effective for me, i just watch t.v and have some midnight snacks, after about an hour or two...i'll go upstairs to sleep na!..
