That was last night... I went to bed by 11pm and it was like 2am then when I still can't sleeeeeep! Iunno. I've been having this problem lately because I slept at 3am with 5 consecutive days. And since Pokemon starts at 9am, I rarely catch em! LOL. I mean, I woke up at 1pm. That was OMG. With the time, I can now have BRUNCHENDA, or breakfast, lunch and merienda. Haha!
So I tried something new. Uhmm no. It's not new pala. Basta guess what I did?

Well it was really fun.. and effective! I reached 200 then dozed off!
And another thing. The old wive's cure for insomnia is to count bouncing little sheep leaping over a fence. But that doesn't work. Bouncy sheep are hyperactive and wide awake. They're the last thing you need to dwell on when you want to go to sleep.
So try the variation that worked for me! Count sleeping sheep. Imagine a beautiful green meadow stretching to infinity. Every ten feet or so, right in a row, lies a peaceful, sleeping sheep. Imagine that you're just gliding by, almost floating. And that you pass by a sheep every 3 or 4 seconds. Count the sheep and glide on to the next, and the next, and so on.
