Well, I guess I'll try that variation of yours ixelcore.
I'm a troubled insomniac, I always have a hard time sleeping, all the time!
One thing I tried was to close my eyes and imagine a plain white background.
And there's absolutely nothing in it.. just a plain blank space.
You can try imagining black since after all you have your eyes closed.
I think it worked once.. but I never do it anymore.
I just usually wait for myself to get sleepy, for loooong periods.
One time I took [i]Melatonin[/i]~ it made me sleepy hehehe.
But I don't want to depend on sleeping pills, that would be unhealthy.
