For the past 2 months, I was invited by a friend to join many FS look a like. Such as Hi5, VibesConnect etc. I had to admit that some of the features are better than FS, like online status for friends.
Well, I guess its competition for better.
I stick with FS. Its not fun to move around.
For FS, I hope can be improved and add more features.

i remained in Friendster b/c most of the members are my fellow Filipino friends...

Yeah, there are a lot of social networking clone sites lately.
But I believe its difficult for them to beat big sites like friendster or myspace.
And you can even buy the script to create a "friendster like" site.

But then again, I'm agree it's not fun to move around. I mean why people would move if the already stick with friendster and have all their friends there right? smile

Back in 2003, I thought Friendster sucked.. 
It used to load so slow I lose patience everytime I log in.
And design-wise there wasn't really an appeal to it.
The only great thing about it, was that most of my friends were already in Friendster.
I used to be a member of [b]Friendzy[/b]

What I like about Friendzy is the site design and the Friendzine.
Friendzine is where you post articles and polls and is viewable to all.
It's like a public newspaper. They also have groups and stuff..
I think my account is still active, you can find me there on the same name, Padme.

Myspace is teh original online-networking site but I rarely find friendly people in there. You couldn't write long comments/testimonials about him/her 'cuz it's all for comment chatting now. And I basically find ghetto classes in there . Friendster is like, for friendly people and it's addicting ^__^
