ORIGINAL:

[b]STEP 1:[/b]
as always, [b]open[/b] desired images

[b]STEP 2:[/b]
Duplicate the layer of the image, or just simply press [b]CTRL +J [/b]

[b]STEP 3:[/b]
Now, see the highlighted part? Okay, change the [b]DUPLICATED[/b] layer into softlight mode and [b]50%[/b] to [b]60% opacity[/b]

[b]STEP 4:[/b]
Okay, done? [b]create a NEW [/b]layer

[b]STEP 5:[/b]
Now, fill the layer with dark blue color, as for me I used [b]#001f77[/b] , just use the paint bucket or just [b]shift + F5[/b] that is more complicated than the bucket

[b]STEP 6:[/b]
Add [b]exclusion[/b] effect on the blue filled layer, and some reduced opacity, for this image, I used [b]60%[/b]!

Now (we're almost there ) , no vintage image without a little pink, ryte? Create a new layer, and fill it up with hotpink, I used [b]#ff497c[/b]

At last, give some [b]soft light[/b] effect 
and [b]20% opacity[/b] , it's done
