hmm.. i have a simpler alternative to get that result, use [i][b]adjustment>curves>change the channel into red, then make another curves layer and change it into blue[/i][/b] and viola, you get that result!!! 
i just sharin my experience
but i think your result also very lomo! nice one

There's something wrong with the Image host [?]. Anyway, Imma try this one. Might be good on my photos, and hey vintage feel looks good
