nope. that's a fallacy. i think there's no scientific proof that taking a bath while having a period will make you insane. that's just a folklore.

that ain't true..heheh... it's even more advisable to take a bath during periods... thats what i saw on t.v once and i think i read something about it too..

if you have a period, the more you have to focus on cleanliness
besides it's gonna be icky if you don't
just don't bathe with cold water it could give you cramps make sure its a bit lukewarm

nope. but i use warm water [i love cold water when i don't have period] because cold water can lead to dysmenorrhea.
