There were really countless "help requests" that do not comply well with the rules and proper format, especially coming from newbies (and other "older" members) who do not even bothered to have a glimpse at the rules, and eagerly made their "help requests".
Now that these guidelines have been posted, we expect that members will truly comply.
Thanks a lot for opening up this topic.
