Hey leslie. I need to get it all back to New Member Introduction, Admin doesn't like to move those Closed topics from New Member Introduction to Recycle Bin. 
Don't ask me why, Ask him why, Weird. Just PM him so he can tell you the reason why. I will just follow whatever his decision.
