Additional suggestion.
If the post that you want to report come from [b]regional section[/b], you can use your own language instead of english according to the regional section language.
So there isn't such reason not to report because of having a hard time with your english.
The moderators of the regional section will process your report.

I just want to share an experience in using the report button. Somebody gave me a negative repu for reporting her topic. I hope that she understood what she did.
