I would like to suggest if members (and moderators) can have their inbox have a pruning feature. In this way, we don't have to worry about managing it from time to time. We can either set the pruning feature to on or off. I gained concern about this because when the time I resigned from my moderator position (since moderators have large inbox capacity), I had new private messages, when I tried to reply back, it says that my inbox is full. I checked my inbox status, I had 1012% inbox full. Currently, I am still trying to delete the messages pages by pages. :retard: This is really tiring. -- **edit It's the other way around I think. Maybe I was trying to send a private message who has a full inbox. Anyway I still want to suggest this.

^Retired, huh!? :o @T: I support this suggestion. as an active member, i usually received lots of PMs, and most of the time that I logged in, my inbox is always 100%! i hope that i did not miss any important message. it's really hard to maintain the PMs. i always delete items from both inbox and sent items very frequent.

Or if this suggestion is not possible, can we add some features like: - do not make a sent copy - or add new trash folder (that can delete all its content by clicking one single link) - or increase the inbox capacity

To tell you honestly... It's a good suggestion. I have 38 pages of PMs. 75 topics per page. =D :wallbash: Kinda bored deleting tons of messages. Actually, I was planning to delete the content this coming December. I have a habit to delete messages 6 months after. :penguin: Anyway, A storage for important PMs sounds nice. =)

 i haven't given importance to my inbox eversince i joined here. But i think it would be better to have this auto-pruning than the delete multiple messages function. That is, if there is a plug-in, or this suggestion is feasible

That's true, it feels like you have a new email to take care of :wasted: It get's annoying after awhile.. so, I support this.
Anyway, A storage for important PMs sounds nice. =)
& personally, i think it could help if the PMs are flagged w/ /!\an alert sign, so that we know which needs to be looked at first. then again, it can work 50/50 cause people can abuse it.
- do not make a sent copy
Some Sent Copies are important to me. They can Uncheck the "Save Message" if they don't want to save that message to their sent copies.
- or add new trash folder (that can delete all its content by clicking one single link) - or increase the inbox capacity
Kinda agree on these two :D:thumbsup: .But instead of Trash, Why not Archives?. A storage for important PM's. Then the Trash you we're talking about, It's ok to be deleted. So it will be . Inbox, Sent, Archives :D Its just only my opinion :D

good idea :eh: and if it is possible, we have our own archive folder in our PM. make the deleting progress easier. the important PMs go to the archive folder, and the rest shud be recycled by clicking one button only (two buttons are okay). :D
