Kahit pa siya ang pinag-uusapan, wala na siyang balak na maki-alam pa. They had their rehearsal right after the break. Nasa auditorium na ang lahat ng casts. They were rehearsing the scene when Romeo sneeked in to the Capulet’s orchard where he had the chance to talk to Juliet. Carl and Shane were on stage. Hawak-hawak nila ang mga script nila. Ma-uuna si Carl kaya inabangan muna ni Shane ang pagbuka ng bibig ni Carl. She was kinikilig that time. Ang ibang mga casts nasa seats lang, pinapanood ang dalawang bida. Nagpang-abot ang mga kilay ni Kyle. He didn’t feel any good that time. Iniisip niya na masyadong masaya si Shane. Carl’s line: “But soft! What light-- light through yonder w-window breaks? And also, showed his cute pair of dimples. Nag-smile kasi e. Kyle: “He jests at scars that never felt a wound. B-but soft! What light through yonder w-window breaks? Tumatango-tango ang ulo. At si Nicca, pumalakpak. Sobrang proud siya sa Kyle niya. Si Shane naman. Hindi nakapaniwala. Wow. Ang galing naman. “Shane? It’s your turn,” said Mrs. Valdez. “Ahh—Yes Ma’am… ‘Ay me!’ “ Ilang sandali ay sumenyas si Nicca kay Kyle na para bang uuwi na ito. Kyle nodded at nagpatuloy sa pakikinig kay Shane. They exchanged dialogues na para bang sila ang tunay na Romeo and Juliet. Para rin silang aso’t pusa. Kapag nagkakamali si Shane sa linya e pinagtatawanan siya ni Kyle. “Ma’am, ang yabang-yabang ni Kyle o,” sabi ni Shane. “Please, ipagpatuloy niyo nang maayos Shane.” “Uhm, Ma’am.
