No it is a seperate file that should be in ur tracker folder. You edit it to match ur profile.
These are the files that should be in the tracker folder.
1. mv.txt
2. tracker.css
3. tracker.js or .txt
4. tracker.php
Then you will use the css injector to add ur external css codes to the tracker.txt file that becomes ur main js file.
