I'd stick with glasses if I were you Contacts are cool and come in different colors (ooooh interesting designs too!) but wearing/taking care of contacts is a big deal... You have to bring bottle thingies and tissues, you have to wash them before putting them on, you can't sleep with contacts on, it may cause irritation... Etc. Glasses may be geeky sometimes but it's not as geeky as it seemed before. Just choose a good design and you're good to go lol
