oh on the forum:
not necessarily. blocking unwanted members will simply hide the posts
of those unwanted blocked members in the forum. it doesnt mean
that the moderator functions like deleting, moving posts
or closing threads will be overridden.
on the private messaging system:
simply blocking or ignoring a member will prevent that member
from sending you pms.
