then i went to the doctor and underwent intense diet all because i am diabetic (it's already in our genes...). there was a problem with my body, namely, heart and liver.
from 136 lbs., my weight now is 109 lbs.
you know what i ate all summer, way before i entered upper school?
[b]boiled squash,potato,carrots and toasted wheat bread.[/b]
note: no processed foods.
no condiments.
for 3 months!
