At my heaviest I was at 55.
Now I'm down to 49 again
My lowest was 44 but that was underweight according to the doc.
As of now I'll start eating right... which basically means I'll be staying away from popcorn.

My family asked me if i was on drugs.
I said, yes. lol hahaha!
then i went to the doctor and underwent intense diet all because i am diabetic (it's already in our genes...). there was a problem with my body, namely, heart and liver.
from 136 lbs., my weight now is 109 lbs.
you know what i ate all summer, way before i entered upper school?
[b]boiled squash,potato,carrots and toasted wheat bread.[/b]
note: no processed foods.
no condiments.
for 3 months!
