I'm deliberating on the retirement as well. I don't usually visit ftalk these days because I know most of the mods can handle the forum pretty well by themselves. Some even get mad when their prey/member being monitored is warned/cursed/banned by other mods. I do hope that the system we have here won't be much like of the government we have. Although all of us have the same ranks, it still shows that a number of moderators want to be superior than the others. Yes, we do have the authority over the members, but we don't need to show our co-mods that we have authority over them. it just shows how others become abusive. Do I have to name names? Just say so, so i can update this post. Also, the retard images. It's very inappropriate. People change as well. Just because you're so close to a certain mod, that doesn't mean that you should adopt the way he/she acts, his/her manners, especially the bad traits. Let us not forget how we got here, how we supported each other, how one recommends the other because of the trust, and the belief that the person we once supported can uplift our system.
