About Yuna (and maybe Shirow), try to know her/them more. Okay, I know... she/they're like strict/harsh or maybe even rude cause she/they really flame argue with people a lot, but it's not everything that you (or maybe even me) are seeing.
We all have good and bad sides. And showing our bad side more often doesn't define who we really are as a whole.
