Well. I did it sometimes. I left the closed topics on my section. Closed topics aren't always useless topics. Some of them have informations that are needed. And they are closed to avoid spammers or any other reasons. Use your sense. When you see any closed topics that shud be deleted. Just report it, the mods will do appropriate action.
