TS. I like your points about why we should use proper language (english) here. But, i don't think we need to add new regulations for this case. I'm not being irresponsive. But we don't have the responsibility to make member here a good english speaker. I think that's too far to reach. And it's not an easy thing. Beside that, this case is not our concern and our priority. Like ephe said "[b]It's their funeral when the time comes.[/b]". You design your future yourself. What we can do is just ask those members to use proper english, but we don't have the right to force them. And sometimes we have to give members here freedom to speak their minds with their very own ways without ignoring the common sense thing. Just ask when you couldn't understand their posts. Or ignore them if you think those are not important topics.
