it depends on the person who said it..
if of course that person is already someone special or someone i already have special relationship with, ill probably say i love you too.. 
but if it is out of the blue, a friend says that to me.. it still depends..
but most of the time.. i tell them.. "nyeh.. funny.. hahaha..:""
