We mods can change the title of a topic/thread [u]if it is needed[/u].
Like others said. Try to PM the TS of the topic, give him/her a [b]friendly[/b] note about his/her topic.
If you don't get any replies or appropriate actions from the TS, then use the report button.
We mods will take appropriate actions regarding to the report [u]if needed[/u].
And please use the report button wisely. We have the rule about common sense.
