Isn't that annoying?[/quote] you have a valid point there. but as what Mod Anne mentioned, it should be done in a nicer and un-offending manner. and you are right, not "every" member will correct the TS, in which I have also mentioned that only "responsible" and "english-know-how" members would care about the topic title. in that case, the TS will not be flooded with PM's. and it will be up to her/him to make the necessary action if she/he receives annoying PMs.

I'm already seeing a lot of consequences here - it's either the TS will get really annoyed and irritated or just keep it to themselves and delete the PMs. Who knows? Every user have their own sensitivity even to the nicest way of the PMs flooding to them coz they could still get embarrassed. They're not here to get embarassed, anyway. We can also never tell that only all members who are good in English will attempt to PM the TS. Up to this point, I believe that it's very touchy considering the thought "Who is this guy to correct me? Is this guy thinking he is that good?! No way!" I believe I've seen some moderators that can edit the titles. And I agree with As cicatrizes. The moderators won't get their position if they attempt to make fun with the TS's post.

^If the Mods are not allowed to edit the Title then better if they should be the ones to PM the TS since they have the higher ranks. I don't think the TS will listen to another member that quickly. BTW, that line was supposed to be a sarcastic joke. Sorry.

i've done sharing my opinion. if i'll ever encounter a topic title that's so vague, undescriptive, and deemed to be corrected (as per my judgment) , i shall do all my best (in my own way) to "modify" the topic title in a peaceful and "intimate" coordination with the author of that topic. Just dont forget that not all members are good in English. For me as long as i understand it, its fine. Anyways mods always edited post and titles whenever they can And i notice that all the time. Everybody makes mistakes . If they see that they made error they edit it anyways. If you dont understand what they are trying to say then let them clarify it again or make them edit it. If they wont then dont help them out lol Who wants to be embarrassed anyways
