all pc can save as js..u just have to click save as then instead of .txt you will put .js then tada..!! its already saved!! 
js is a java script extension its kinda like a code comiler..i think?!
you upload the js doc to a file hosting site like ripway.com then check out trick and tutorials for the post for the js code..
