After installing [b]BricoPack Vista Inspirat[/b].. i noticed the '[b]glass effect[/b]' wasn't included.
What I did was installed [b]Glass2k[/b] ([i]a small 54kb program[/i]).
And here's the result below. It looks so much like [b]Windows Vista[/b] now!

I don't like the default font of Windows Vista, which is [b]Segoe UI[/b].
I like the old Windows XP font, so I kept the [i]Tahoma[/i] font, much easier to read.
