I agree with it but have some rules...
A SOTW = Signature of the week will happen every 2 week or a week 
A theme must applied.
An appropriate size of the sig/tag. (Not more than what's given)
Do not enter signatures that you didn't make
Only one entry is allowed per person
No porn or racism etc. is allowed in your entries.
The dimensions of your entry must not exceed yyy X zzz (reversed if it's a vertical sig)
You must include the following code with your image:
