actually as what ive witnessed, what he did was flaming other members. he apologized. i accepted it. and i don't see other rules that he broke except for the evidences you've posted here.
why don't you send him a warning regarding that? so that idiot would know his limitations here. 
P.s. and if one day he's banned, he then has no right to complain against our actions to him.
