anywhoo.. moderators do their job for free. our salaries are:
knowledge in JS,CSS,HTML,GFX
practice our leadership skills.
forces me to be calm and patient especially on handling certain situations. LOL << this is really hard. 
gaining more friends.
and of course.. seeing the Backstage, being able to have fun with admin
