FYI, that member who complained is a group leader. So he/she isn't complaining just because he/she was rejected.
Like I said, do not go to one side of the situation. Think of the members' point of view. Why are they like this? What do we have to do to make this right?
Not just pointing out who complaint, or whatever. This means that we have to remind ourselves to be sensitive enough to feel what they feel.
