i never really paid attention to ayashi no ceres
but i think that both of them are good

i have watched both but i find fushigi yuugi much enjoyable
ayashi no ceres is okay but like what others said there's too much drama

Well, it's hard to decide. Toya and Tamahome are somehow alike. and, both of the anime's plot are unique.

Fushigi yuugi! The story's more exciting since the setting is in a totally different dimension. it has also more colorful characters to begin with.
