I stopped accepting comments after getting that sperm virus crap twice. I ended up deleted all the comments I had recieved from users I really do not know.

There is no way for you to know if the image sent contains the code until you accept it, at least that is what happened to me. Once I accepted it I had to revert my profile back to "Safe Mode" under setting before I could even delete the comment, at that time I saw the code and knew what it was from xaviers post.
