ok, so it means we still need the approval of other clans... i might be busy, but i'll be online, and as soon as the other clan members approve it, then we can immediately resume the game.

during the first clan war, since there was no discussions thread yet, the attacks were called to a halt, then, the Pangulo declared the alliance in that thread. But since we have the discussions thread for season 2, i think it should be announced here, but a halt should be made at the game thread.

The pangulo can say halt at anytime of the game to make a pact... or declare alliance
