I do not want to give, but I gave one since he broke the rules. I didn't do anything to him for him to give me a -repu. So I did it back to him.

haven't! can seem to. don't think i have the guts to plus there's really no reason to do so unless, well i don't know. if you think they have some kind of bad/useless post then why bother we just give + repus and make the world a better place!
