[quote=joebz]No it's not because the other tutorial doesn't make use of the tween button which is far easier and quicker. With this tutorial you don't have to move the scanbar pixel by pixel per frame and the tween button will do it for you instead. Read the tutorials thoroughly next time.[/quote]
