i love having my duties in OR or DR
coz i dont have to assess the day before and make those d*mn requirements argh 
anyway, basic principle of sterility is always applied while in OR.
in some constitutions, the assigned circulating nurse makes the nurses notes thats why sometimes, it is better to be the one to assist than be the circulating nurse.
