OO. You can. As long as complete ang details na ibibigay niyo example, diagnosis ng patient mo, Hx ng present condition niya.

nice to know theres an RN posting here. i know forsakendoll is also an RN. im waiting for her to reply.
thanks again sis.
) hahaha im already a [s]retard[/s] retired nurse hahaha ( d pa nga ako nag sisimula mag work) anyways i think i know some of my classmates email add meh mga patho dun hahaha you know ducks
I really am bothered with this "procedure book" they give..
how do we fill this up?
anyway, basic principle of sterility is always applied while in OR.
in some constitutions, the assigned circulating nurse makes the nurses notes thats why sometimes, it is better to be the one to assist than be the circulating nurse.

Mahirap talaga maghanap ng work ngayon, kaya mga SNs aral ng mabuti ok! Goodluck!

It's cool to be both scrub nurse and circulating nurse too (different tasks) ..only in the phils wherein you'd see that it's the nurses who does everything....wash the instruments, scrub the tiles etc.
(Unlike in the US, there are assistants there) It's fun being a circulating nurse...I love pulling out student nurses and even interns saying "Oooops you're Unsterile, Out!!!"
Being a nurse in the phils sucks ==> Overtime, too much workload yet underpaid

If you guys need any help : Case study stuff like NCP's, Gordon's, Anaphysio, Drugs, Patho blah blah blah
sa mga magttake or nagtake na ng board exam ang waiting for the results. goodluck. think positive!!!

After taking the NLE..it's advisable to take the other exams right away like NCLEX or CGFNS....since what you'd just reviewed are still fresh / haven't deteriorated yet
Then clinical experience after
Always remember....ASSESS first and don't forget the ABC's...Patient is always the first priority not the Significant other..ahahaha

Sorry if i'm posting in english....I'm practicing for IELTS....ahahahaha....just kidding..i rather post in english..Just got used to it...

kakapagod na nga pumasok sa school every sat, pero sayang pag di tinapos...
1 sem nalang kulang, comprehensive exam na then thesis
anyway, you can also ask me questions guys..
although i'm majoring in Med-surg,
you can ask me about DR and OB since i'm exposed to that area.
goodluck to all SNs,

Im planning not to take the board here and just fly to the states after i graduate and have my review and NCLEX exam there. me goin to the states is not a problem since i have my grandparents there and my titas and titos. they said all i have to do is finish studies and pass whatever tests i have to take here. what do you think? is my plan ok?

yea. i have the Nurses Guide for my NCPs
just thought NCP online is cool ... i want to make a HTML page for NCPs
Oh. I'll be goin to San Francisco i forgot which part lol
im choosing between Chicago and SF but i think id go SF. Angeli youre a filipina right? Where are you now? i mean are you abroad? Europe? Is it true that in Europe, they treat nurses like the lowest level in the food chain unlike in the states?
hmm i can't wait to graduate. Neuro Fx is dang complicated
