[b]^hmmm...i think we just need to count who made the most attacks in a clan and automatically he'll be the "pangulo". However, still,we cannot attack if the pangulo is offline coz we'll wait for his/her decision if he/she will declare an alliance or make a pact with other clans.[/b]
