No... not totally a handicap ability...
since handicap clans will subtract -2 and add +2 to their clan
whereas Berserk will only have a damage of -2 and add +1 to their clan...
a slight difference though
And BTW, please edit your post since you don't need to add +1 to cooldown time...
only Minokawa members can add the cooldown time
