that layout is dead a long time ago 
and i don't keep files of old codes... there are lots of most ripped profiles right now, mostly by newbie rippers. the old ones learned not to do it the hard way.
i don't know if they are aware that there are harsher and more destructive ways in dealing with rippers... more than just banning them in viewing OG CSS and Overlay profiles.
