I'm still not 100% sure if this can be implemented to the forum sistem but I'd like to suggest another one.

[b]Concept:[/b] The combination of the two. This will protect the linkers' secrecy and hopefully will decrease spam rate. And only members with a 100 post can use the layouts and post on the category.
