Ah, this is a good idea, but yes 100 might be too much. I guess its up for the admin to decide how many post a member needs, to access the category.
Now is the time for mods here to show their strictness. I think this rule could be applied on "Tricks And Tutorials" as well, but thats another thing I guess.
