[/b] While the gradient tool is selected, point your mouse in the upper part of the document then drag it to the bottom. [/b] Select the pencil tool and create a dot 3 dots [i]*use size 1*[/i] from top to bottom diagonally. [/b] Now Open Again the Userbar where making a while ago then Minimize the other one. Go to Blending Options > Pattern Overlay > Select the Line we save a while ago. [/b] Now find a picture that your going to use in your Userbar. [/b] To add a effect on your userbar, use the Ellipse Tool then, draw an ellips from top left to bottom right then move it up with arrow keys so its only showing half.
