Nice layout in IE but I suggest remove the glow text it disfigures text in ffox

[b]ermm..coz if i remove d glow text d text wont be readable anymore in ie but can i hve 2 previews, one is for i.e. en one for ffox, just asking?[/b] *EDITED i get rid of the glowing effect,so now ie en ffox users can view my layout ,but i think this layout is more nice to view in i.e than in firefox, <--that's wot i thinked
