-he'll juz talk loudly to the person next to you so tat he'll catch yer attention even if it's not important.
-he'll act unecessary cute actings wen ur near jus so you wud look at him

note: there is a difference between someone having a crush on you and a stalker.

has your name allover him.
...then he's a stalker.
